All of the comptia a+ skilled certifications have their own set of exams and their own method of preparation. I would discuss, one by one, the different strategies of making ready for these three highly wanted skilled exams. First I'd begin with the ccna+ exam preparations and the way to come up with the right ccna exam answers. Candidates have two methods to get this certifications, a single exam path (640-801) or two examination paths of networking applied sciences (601-821) and interconnecting community gadgets (601-811).The exam interface consists of, multi alternative single answers, multiple alternative multiple answers, drag and drop, fill within the blanks and simulations. You must be effectively conversant in all of the simulation instruments and exams query codecs earlier than you begin writing your answers. Try to focus more on access web, routing and switching protocol. Sub netting is an important part. Remember, time management is the key to success as you possibly can't evaluation your ccna exam answers, as soon as tried, so be certain it appropriate at the first go. Preparations for this exam depends upon your present data and expertise in the chosen certification option. You do have selections to pick from, like study books for 640-801 exams, teacher led coaching lessons, e simulations, practical labs and study guides with ccna exam answers and explanations.

I'm a huge WordPress fan, and love it's ease, yes, I'm one of the non-techies you refer to! A few of the other items on your list are new to me, and if they are as intuitive as WordPress, then I will be in good shape, especially looking forward to working with OpenOffice.

@Bill Olsen

Open Office was a game changer for me and I find it much more user friendly than the current Office suite. The thing that made me change was the facility to create pdfs right there and then - something that Microsoft has now followed suit on.

I think Apache & Wordpress are the 2 real stars of open source, I was surprised to see that Apache had slipped to 50% tho. Also for the home user open office should do everything they need.

I have used openoffice since I think the year after it came out. I always have liked it, but still don't like the database or bibliographic functions. I still use the 2003 version of Office I downloaded from Limewire in 2005 for that.
